OC's on a NV Silencer 5

I just got an NV Silencer 5, and I just stuck it on my Geforce 6800 last night. I'm at school now, and when I get home i'm going to try out some OCing. But until then, what would a general OC range be for my card and fan?

After I put mine on my max load temps went from like 95C to about 75C plus I was clocked at like 445/1150 with a 1.4v BIOS... I'm sure the temps would be even lower with stock voltage and lower clock speeds.
