Kingmax TinyBGA work on i815EP B?

Yes they work fine. I have used almost soley in my CUSL2-C no problems. I hit 145 mhz a couple of times never even phasing the memory.

Kingmax memory
Hey I am using it on my Abit SH6. Seems to be working fine. I would like to find someone with the same board that would walk me thru the overclocking. I have a P III 550e.
