Thanks a bunch...im gonna flash shortly

The water cooling system on your pc is homemade?
How much we spend in a good watercooling system?

hardware see sig, prime stable up to 250x10, RAM get unstable after that but can boot up to 285x10(stoll stock cooled WC setup in developpement). I'm waiting for some OCZ PC3200 plat rev.2(in the mail). That was on 1.33 bios, just flash to 1.51 and I'll get tweaking once I get me new ram.

Tekko what make is your radeon IE sapphire, MSI, Asus...?
Reason I ask is I have my x800 xt PE fully tricked out as you can see and I am not getting anywhre near the OC you have in your sig....

This is kinda a double post as I have posted / asked the same question in the CPU forum, but hopefully somebody here can help me out as I'm lost.

t this point, my system will boot, but windows will not, even in save mode. My settings are as follows:

Current CPU Clock 2403 Mhz
Current DDR Clock 267 Mhz

Dram Configuration
.....Max MemClock.............Auto
.....1T/2T Memory Timing....1T
.....CAS Latency...............2.5
.....RAS to CAS Delay........3
.....Min RAS # TRAS........10
.....Row Percentage Time...3

High Performance Mode......Manual
Aggressive Timing.............Disabled
Dynamic O/C....................Disabled
HT Frequency..................4x
Cool 'n Quiet....................Disabled
Adjust CPU Ratio...............STARTUP
Adjust CPU FSB Freq.........267
Adjust AGP Freq...............66
Adjust CPU VID................1.500
CPU Voltage....................Over VID %3.3
Mem Voltage....................2.75v
AGP Voltage.....................1.65v

Also, I have my AGP aperature size set to 256 in the Advanced Chipset menu (is this correct?)

I can get windows to boot up to 245, but anything above that and it will not.

It might also be worth pointing out that I have not reformatted / reinstalled since moving my SATA drives from the ports 3&4 (as marked on the board) to 1&2 (the ones closest the the cpu). Could that be part of the problem?

Oh, and my memory is in slots 1 and 2 versus 1 and 3. Correct?

Thanks,
Griffin

what CPU are you running IE: model/stepping also what brand/model memory are you using? Also you are trying to run your hyper transport @ 1068Mhz drop the HTT down to 3x instead of 4x for anything above ~253-4Mhz FSB

Id like to know what voltage settings everyone is using to reach 2.5ghz and to what Ram settings as well. W/o adjusting anything Ive set it to 2.3ghz no problem.. I tried going higher to 2.5ghz downing to 3x HT and it wouldnt boot.. didnt change the voltage or timings at all though.. Just havent had enough time to play with it. Anyone give me a starting point please.
