Yes, the 570J 3.8GHz will be the last and highest clocked P4 without EM64T.

Next year, Intel is releasing the 6xx series Prescotts. They're E0 stepping and have 800MHz FSB, 2MB L2 cache, EM64T, and EIST. 2.8-3.6GHz 6xx Prescotts will come in Q1 and the 3.8GHz will come in Q2.

After that, the first generation of dual-core CPUs from Intel in the second half of next year will be based on two Prescott cores. But this is only rumor, it hasn't been announced.

As far as 1066MHz FSB CPUs, the only one right now is the 3.46GHz EE. It's based on the Gallatin (Northwood) core and has 512KB L2 cache and 2MB L3. It doesn't support EM64T. In Q1 next year the 3.73GHz EE will be released. It's based on the Prescott E0 core, with 2MB L2 cache, EM64T, and EIST.

Also note that all E0 Prescotts have EDB functionality.

EM64T = 64-bit extensions, functionally equivalent to AMD64
EIST = Enhanced Intel Speedstep Technology
EDB = Execute Disable Bit, functionally equivalent to AMD's NX (No eXecute) bit

Hmm, looks like I'm going to hold on to my current setup for quite some time. Initial EE reviews have already shown that 1066FSB isn't doing anything and it might still be a year before official 64-bit Windows XP versions become mainstream...
