It wont POST!?

I have a CUV4X-E with a 800 cel 100Mhz.... i just put it together and it wont POST!!! I have tried everything.... i think. I originally had a Pent III 1Ghz on there.... but i thought i cracked the core so thats why i got the cel, but it is doing the same thing as the 1Ghz was doing!!!

I would try resetting the CMOS if it hasn't been tried yet or power up the system while holding down the INSERT key...this should load defaults when POSTing.

Otherwise, as Placid says, we need to know what else you've tried.

different RAM
video card
cpu
everything is set at default on the mobo

what else is there...... everything is right out of the box!

Pull all the cards,disconnect the drives,pull out the memory.
Leave the cpu in and the heatsink fan hooked up and try to boot you should get error beeps.
If not your board might be dead.
If you do then add 1 thing at a time starting with the memory,then video card and try to boot.

It was the power supply all along.....

ah well, and you know what!!! My 1Ghz works now!!!!
