Asus P4B review:
-Socket-478 Pentium 4 up to 2.4 GHz+
-Williamette and Northwood P4 Processors Supported
-Intel 845 Chipset (Pentium 4 w/ SDRAM)
-3x DIMM Slots, up to 3GB Max PC-100/PC-133 SDRAM
-AGP 4x, 6 PCI, 1 CNR, 4 USB
-Onboard AC'97 Audio with SPDIF Output
-Dual Channel Ultra ATA/100 Ports

Asus new mainboard based on the new i845 chipset with is new SDRAM-based P4 chipset.in the test's this mainboard with a 1.7Ghz or a 2Ghz P4 cpu oc@ 2.13Ghz or 2.2Ghz can beat i850 chipset with the same config and AMD 1.4Ghz on 760 chipset.
A really nice board like asus always do you can really get it tweaked and with nice Oc settings FSB up to 200Mhz in 1Mhz increments and v.core adjustments up to 1.85V and it gives full control of your SDRAM settings can set all CAS latencies manually, along with precharge delays
