Need Special Case For Power Supply

Hello,
I have 2 Compaq 750W Hot Plug DC power supplys!
Is there any cases that can handle these other than Compaq's Ones?

This Power supply can be changed without opening the case!
It can also be changed without powering down the PC!
I need a case that can hold 2 of these Power supplys.

Insted of some type of ATX connector they have a few Pins
(You pull down a lever ond it slides out the back)
comming out of the back! NO CABLES!
So you can change them without opening the case.

They Were reccomended for Compaq ProLiant Servers:
3000R, 5500R, 6500, & 7000

They Are also BIGGER than your usual ATX supply.

Any HELP appreciated.
Also I need a way to take 120VAC To 38 to 78VDC!
(No standard transformer can handle 2 750Watt Supplys )

Note: I prefer a tower Case

If you have hardware that's heavy duty enough to need these PS's, it's probably worth the effort. Otherwise, I have no idea what two twin redundant 750W PS's are good for. Geek bragging rights?

I would call the tech support of a large case/ps maker and ask those same questions. www.antec-inc.com may be a good place to start but I am not familiar with heavy duty Power like you need. What is it goign to power a 1.4 tbird? ;-) j/k must be some a Cray or something.

I need a case with some type of power distribution board.
Becase it doesnt have any atx connectors!
It just has a bunch of pins in the back, In a horizontal line!
Compaq calls this type of suppy a "Hot Swap" power supply

Also I have an Idea for my DC 32-72 Volt prob.
If I have 4 12 volt car batteries in seiries it will = 48Volts DC
well in my power supplys range!
and to keep it running a 12 car battery charger set to
50 amp start, or 75 amp start. (charger connected to the first
battery in seiries)
Do you think this will work?
The charger is 12volts but I will connect it to the first battery
This witch will like all be a 12 volt battery....The carge passes through all the batteries and = 48Volts!

those pins so I can make an atx adapter.

These PS's seem impractical for powering any forseeable PC. It's up to you. If you're bound and determined, there's always a way. Perhaps you could entertain the idea that someone somewhere needs these PS's. Ka-ching!
