HI
having problems with overclocking my duron 700 for now
here is wat happens
when i go into bios and raise the fsb and start the comp up my comp gives me a windows registry error and reboots and then it restores the backup of my registry

and idea of wats wrong

welll

all i can say now is that it would be better if you provide more details about your system

for example, motherboard, cooling and other stuff like that would be nice but generally windows registry errors means that your o/c is too high so u should increase the voltage....but increase in voltage means that higher temps

ok

mobo - asus a7v133
cpu duron 700 akca z
3d apollo vid card
hdd maxtor 40 gig
dvd rom 16x/32x
i forget wat hsf i have

ok.....how much fsb were u using before you crashed?
and what are your temps?
a software to read this is motherboard monitor in case you didnt know
just wondering, what kind of video card is that in your comp?
i never heard of it
