Looking at getting a good video capture card!

Figured this would be the best place for this post, so here it goes.

I am looking at getting a video captrue card that I can use to transfer my DVI tapes to DVD. I should get good quality as it is DVI. I found some cheaper ones, but don't know if they woudl do everythign I need. I would prefer a card that would be able to capture the video and software that would let me do some editing before burning to a dvd.
