What should my BIOS be set to for memory voltage? it was at 2.6V but i set it to 2.7V, is that where it should be or did I adjust the wrong thing?
 
I dont think 3.0 would even hurt that ram unless you have a very porr air-flow system. Chances are with that board you can set it to 2.9 and you should get around 2.96-3.01 volt's flowing thru your ram.
 
anything over 2.9/3.0 with samsung tccd is probably overkill. most respond to those voltages at max. there is rumour that some of the newer tccd likes additional voltage but as far as i know its not proven yet..
 
I agree with flapperhead as I forgot (didnt know) those stick's had TCCD chip's on them.
