Which monitor?

I want 19" I looking into these couple so far.

My max is $400 and I want 19". Any help will be wanted and if you know of a 19 in for less then $400 and good one let me know. Thank you.

LG one looks good. They are the providers for the 20" apple cinema display, so they know how to make LCD's.
