Well I would see how high you can go with the cpu so use like 166 or 133 for memory divider, this way memory ruled out as limiting factor. Then At current voltage see what you get. Then when you hit max try bumping voltage a little at a time to find max. Then try with memory.
Shouldn't hurt I've maxed mine before and heat wise was not a huge jump.

SIK_L_CELL great bandwidth on the AMD... makes my P4 blush....
Got 2 x 512 LE kit from Newegg (440 chips) running Memtst 280 2.5,3,3,6 at the moment 2.7v. boots to 295 but hangs during benches. This is on the AI7. Since I run 295 as the default I think its at the limit of what the board wants to do 1:1. I can run the 2.4 up to 308 with minimal issues in 5:4 with my BH6. That was a quick blast last night. I will post screens later tonight.
Bandwidth in Sandra is 6500... at 290 1:[email protected],4,3,7w/2.7v
I was hoping to get 300 and mem at 1:1 guess I'll keep playing. Has anyone got a P4 to run 300 FSB and memory 1:1?
They run just fine at 2,2,2,5 at 400 and 275 2.5,3,3,7 just as speced... no issues.

I do agree that odds are you are running into the CPU limit...which I am running into...my NEO2 doesnt like to run past 298 at whatever settings...but the memory will past at DDR600 running full test on memtest86...I have 431's on my LC's...

Try this to break 300, but change the Link freq. to 3. My DFI-DR will do 300+ at 4x but the NEO2 wont.

which version of A64 tweaker are you using because I do not have the option to change the link freq.

I am running 4xHT and 275 right now ...but even when set to 3x or even down to 1.5x...still get the BSOD after 298FSB/HT...I personally think the NEO2's are POS's for trying past 300...suckla has the same issues at the same FSB/HT with his LE's and his NEO2 also...
