Personally, I'd go with the XT non PE. Chances are it will be able to clock as high as the Platinum Edition.

i would almost certainyl think the PRO would O/C to XT speeds - as you know - but it is the extra 4 pipes, are they worth the $50 in performance

get pro hands down it is modable into a xt platinum with a bios flash if u get the vivo but only if u get the vivo
