Intel I815E Chipset recommendation!!!

Anyone has an idea of which motherboard goes with this chip?

Aims:
1, AGP slot
2, all in one (VGA+Audio)
3, Micro ATX

And Can you rate this and see how many Watts of PSU is needed for this? And You recommend it to be made into a book PC?

If your looking for a book sized PSU get one of those small ones out of one of those compact HP's, Compaq's, or E-Machines. They are about 150-200 watts which is about perfect for this machine.
