Can't run Athlon XP 1700+ at stock speeds

I've had my 1700+ oc'ed 1.775 GHz from 1.667 GHz for so long that I can't run it at stock speeds...any way to fix this? Would upping the voltage a bit from 1.5 help?

set the multiplier to 11 and fsb is 133, vcore set to 1.5v if DLT3C stepping, else set to 1.6v
11x133=1.4xghz is the stock speed. you said you o/ced from 1.667ghz to 1.775ghz. 1.667 is not stock speed

Strange... perhaps it might. Does it post at lower than stock speed?
