Enable write caching on the disk what does this do? i have a hardrive just to play my games on should i enable this not?

Also in the bios 32bit mode is set to disabled on all my harddrives should it be turned on?

Yes

...and yes.

Write caching causes data directed to be written to the disk to be cached prior to writing to release the drive faster resulting in better performance. The only danger is if you suddenly cut power in the short time between a write command and actual disk writing the data may be lost.
