Which 2 Mobos should i choose?

My brother is having my p4p800se mobo and my local shop has these 2 mobos at the same price and i will be my 478 3ghz prescott.

Mobo 1 is, Abit IC7-800 P4,Sock478,DualDDR,FSB800,Snd, Lan Motherboard

Mobo 2 is, Asus P4P800E Deluxe Pentium 4 (Skt478) Motherboard

Which board would best suit my 3ghz pressy? thanks jenks.
