I currently have a 512mb 2700 DDR in my box. I am going to purchase a 512mb 3200 DDR. Will the difference in the bus cause ram problems? As in I want to have both sticks in the sametime for a gig of ram.

It's in a poopie system not sure if the front end is 400mhz... if i am not mistaken it underclocks.

EDIT: The front end was 333 even if i wanted to dual up to two 400mhz i couldn't. Oh well.

You can have both sticks in but they will automatically underclock the pc3200 stick to pc2700. All the ram will run to the speed of the slowest ram.
exactly. the slower timings will be used as well.
if you're lucky, you can oc the 2700 to 3200
