New case for my comp

im also upgrading my motherboard/ cpu too so i can get better peformance, would a Biostar M7VIG 400 Socket A mATX MB w/AMD Sempron 2200+ CPU
work any good for running Call of duty and Css and any new games? because my cpu is way too slow for my likeing, it over heats to the point that you could burn your hand on the case, so i attached a industrial sized fan on the side with a filter to filter debris, i attached the fan with duct tape my temp is has gone down alot but im scared of going to lan parties and bringign my gay comp ! would any of the abouve work?

That will certainly help, but keep in mind you need DDR ram and your sig says you have SDR.
