Ineed A Better Mobo Any Suggestions?

Well, looks like I'm gonna need to get another mobo (yippy), but one problem presides, which one?!

I need a mobo that will be for o/cing and support the new Tultian CPUs, DDR-RAM, and AGP 4x/Pro.
This MOBO must be solid and have soft-jumpers (are any still using the old arcaic method anymore?). Scaleability is a definate as well.
As for cost, anything over $280.00 CND is overkill, I am a student, and have to many damn bills sometimes..
