Does changing the multiplier effect the pipeline length?

I just thought of this while eating breakfast, so I decided to post the question before I go to work. I would guess not, but I'm really not sure and intel doesn't give out much info on its pipelines.

No the pipeline is fixed. It is physically a part of how the cpu processes data. The multiplier changes only the speed at which things move through the pipeline.
