New Dell Lappy: Reformat or cean up?

well, here is the question, should i go to the trouble to reformat or go to the trouble to clean up? Which would be easier, i know dell loads me up with lots of junk, but can it really be that dificult to uninstall it all?

nevermind, i will just reformat, i dont wnat residual stuff laying around. The kicker is that dell did not setup windows to give me administrative access, and I dont want to deal with two accounts.
