best place to get monitor mount

i'm looking for a good cheap way to mount a small (17" - 20") LCD tv to a wall. i want to have some separation between the wall and the tv, something like this would be sweet, but thats way to expensive. even the most basic mount at newegg seems like a rip off

brand recommendations would also be appreciated. im looking to spend less than $40. some other places i have looked are buy.com and tiger direct. this one stood out at buy.com

after looking at ratings and such, i think im going to go with a normal tv instead. i will be spending a lot less and get a bigger, better tv. the mounts for tvs are even cheaper than those for lcds (that i have seen).
