Using Brutus

Hello, I was wondering if anyone is experienced with this program.

I can't figure out what to put in the HTML Response options under Modify Sequence after selecting HTML(form).

Anybody know how I figure out what to put in them? ie- what the primary and secondary responses of a form are/if they are positive or not.
