how to remove bios

i need a really quick response please
i need to send in my a8n-e bios chip so it can be flashed to support my Venice.
How do i pull it out of the mobo (i guess they'll all similar, can use anyone's help please)
I tried using an eyeglass screwdriver, but it didnt budge, and i stopped before i broke anything in case there's a trick

Theres tools that dfi makexs you you can use, but most the time i use a small kitchen knife with a thin tip and stick it in in the corners, because theres a little gap u should be able to wedge omsething into, than just apply some pressur and it pops out fairly easy

my dad got it, took a LOt of force, but no damage
