I have a 3500 Newcastle. Would this be an upgrade considering I have GSkill RAM and a Neo2 Platinum??

I'd concider it a minor upgrade assuming you overclock it really far. Just make sure you get a good price on the 3200 and sell your 3500 for like $250.
