im running an abit as8 mb and an intel 640 3.2 Ghz, at stock voltage it can run 3.6Ghz all day, to hit 4.0GHz stable i have to run it at 1.55v's which i guess is ok because i have an xp120 but full load its at like 62 degrees, but its a chip made in china that i bought from newegg, and was hoping for a better overclock with lower voltage, wheres a good place to get a 6xx series chip that isnt from china!? and im looking at getting an intel 650, thanks!

you should try a vcore droop mod, if you're willing, it will help and you won't need to set 1.55, since i'm sure the vcore is drooping almost 0.1v.
