is it possible to unlock the multiplier ?

i've been doing some pretty heavy superpi benchmarking tonight and was getting some amazing jumps.. 30.891 at 4.4ghz.. even got to 4.5 but actually got a slightly lower time with 1:2 ratio but i know this cpu has more in it, but my psu just cant dish out enough juice.. i put her all the way up to 1.6volts before i had to quit i guess my psu just couldnt hang.

Is there any mod to unlock the multiplier on these 640's ? because after 275 fsb i feel like i'm playing with fire

Can't raise the multiplier, but you might be able to drop down to the 14X multiplier.
