What is the diameter of the holes on an Ati card?

Title pretty well coveres it, what is the diameter of the little holes you use to clip a heatsink on? I need to get threaded rods or bolts for a cooler I am working on, but I'd like to know how big they are first.

1/8-1/4". I have no idea what that is metric wise.

Use 4-40 screws.

Thanks. About how much compression do you recomend? As much as possible with 2 small metal springs?
