Help, I Think I am missing parts from the cm stacker.

Am I stupid or something, isnt there supposed to be a hard drive cage? If not how do you mount your harddrives, i also seen no brackets for mounting the floppy drive? Help.

Yes. It should come with 1 4-in-3 hard drive cages.

Well go over to the coolermaster forums and post a message in the chassis section. They should send one out to you.

While you are there check out the sticky for the 3 1/2" bracket for the floppy drive. I emailed them and they sent me a set even tho I really didnt need them by the time they got here because I bought ones from directron for $.50 each. Since I paid for it tho and they didnt include them I figured I better get what I paid for!

There is a module inside the case.

So I emailed coolermaster today and here is there response. I am quite ****ed off. Here is how it started.

"I just purchased a cooler master stacker from cooler planet and it is
missing the hard drive cage and the mounting brackets for the floppy
drive. They told me to email you and you would send the missing parts
out."

them, they told me to contact you guys. It did not come with the 4 in

charge for the device module as you can find that our reseller charge
anywhere from $25-$30 plus shipping. We have made an exception for this case
by offering this part for free and we are only asking that the shipping
charged be covered. I can have the mounting bracket for the floppy drive
sent to you, but as for the device module, I would need to charge you $10.00
for the shipping charge. If you can not accept this offer then there is
nothing else I can do help you with.

informed me that there should be a 4 in 3 harddrive cage, they told me
to just contact you guys because your customer service is top notch

I will keep you guys up on what happens, I can't believe they want me to pay $10 for shipping on a part that should have been there allready. What happened to customer service.

Was the case refurbished or was it brand new?

Holy crap! I didn't expect them to give you so much trouble over this. Either they have been scamed for more hard drive cages or really think their quality control staff is infallible. It sucks in both cases but you shouldn't have to pay.
