i have the same thing and I would say no b/c the part that goes into the video is HD (meaning it has 2 or 3 more pins than an s-video). I don't think any card has that kind of video input. Sorry.
 
Welcome to the forums, but do not double post any more. You put on in the nvida and general video card section. One will work. And to answer your question, I do not think so
 
It might, depends what kind of 6600GT you have. if your card has vivo features then yes, it can be used as input via rca or svideo. if not, those are output only, which i think is more likely.
mine has a dedicated svid in and out and a rca in with the HD out. what is the model number of your card?
