Radeon 9500 timings

I have Gigabyte MAYA II Radeon 9500 with Hynix 3.6ns memory. Someone know some better timings or BIOS for me?

I have installed ramsinks. Max stable memory clock i can get 270 @ 310 Mhz.

My timings:

u can try losening thoughts timings by +1 but your already doing pretty well for hynix 3.6ns memory, that core of yours should be able to do 350MHz tho, will boost them scores nice
