I just buy a pentium 830
and the tempreture is 63c without do nothing !!!!!
i dont think this is good
the heatsink is okay instaled i dont know what is the problem any advice? :bang head
 
Assuming you use Intel BOX cooler:
If you are using thermal pad that came with the cooler remove it, buy some AS5 and apply it. You will see up to 5 degrees C drop in temps.
I would also advise buying better cooler like thermalright XP90(c) or XP120 because dual cores put out really enormus amounts of heat, especially if you OC them.
