Overzealous network admins.

Well, I moved into the dorms last week. Apparrently the admins on the network up here have blocked a lot of new stuff since last year. My SETI will connect to the server and fill the download list with WUs, but none of them ever download. I looked around and can't find this problem anywhere else so I'm assuming its something blocked on my connection here.

Berkelys connections are overloaded after being shut down for several days, everyones having trouble getting work for SETI up/downloaded.
