2nd hand SFF PC's

Whould any one consider eather of these to be a good value system for a uni PC?

Just wondering about maybe geting a SFF, and saw these.
- Would save a certain amount of messing about trying to get it all working etc.

the first link are terrible, run incredibly hot even for an SFF I would avoid them personally, we use them in work and have had nothing but problems
