I thought the title would get some attention. :p

But, it is the truth. I just got an MSI RS480M2 in a trade, with a 3200+ (A64). I didn't expect battlefield 2 to run very well. It didn't. It runs at 19fps with lowest details, at 800x600. I used a command to force 400x300, and it still got 19fps. I turned it up to 1024x768, medium settings. Still 19fps.

It does start to drop off after this point... but what is going on? I overclocked the core from 300mhz to 350mhz, and still it gets 19fps. I have Cat5.9's installed, I set the shared memory size to 128MB, I'll try increasing the apperature later. Also, I'll try running cas latency 2.0, as opposed to the 2.5 I am running on it right now.

Any suggestions? Opinions?

I am well aware, I have BF2 on my main rig. I am just confused as to why I get 19fps at 1024x768-medium, and 19fps at 400x300 lowest.

Actualy, I don't have vertical sync enabled. I discovered it also gets 19fps with 16x AF, and with 0x AF. Even at 1024x768 with medium settings. Soo.... I am definantly wondering what this is.
