Molester said:they are out in the U.S., it's finding them that's a pain, especially since their release in the U.S. is very recent, and demand has just hit for them
u can always order abroad, from the czech or japan, u.k., denmark, etc....
Good idea. You would think so...koss20100 said:I thought ppl in those countries that doo have the 144s would be smart enough to sell it on ebay .. but they arent ..
GV2NIX said:I checked a few foreign sites, they were out of stock too. Maybe AMD only shipped enough to satisfy demand so no one had any extras.

I received notice that it would ship today and that I would receive final confirmation today. Can't be positive til I get a tracking number, but I think it's worth a shot! Good luck.
Dear Jason,
Thank you for contacting Newegg.com.
Unfortunately we do not have ETAs for new items until after we receive the first shipment. Once we receive the initial order, we can more accurately estimate future deliveries. Generally it takes us about 6-8 weeks to receive new merchandise once it has been released to the public, due to the nature of supply and demand. Please continue to check all prices and availability at www.newegg.com <http://www.newegg.com/> for our most up-to-date status.

A stock 144 runs at 1.8GHz, that's 200*9. If you overclock it to 3GHz, you'll be running around 9*333 or wahtever's closest to that. Since the memory speed is determined from dividing the CPU clock by the memory multiplier, you'll need to use a multiplier that brings the mem speed to whatever your RAM can handle.Ogerx said:^^
I'd also like to know what's so bad about dividers? with a 144 what kind of dividers would it take to get(example) 3ghz? 2.8? compared to what the fsb would really be at? I saw a chart but didn't understand it.. sorry to be a noob.
