Overclock-3700mhz (default voltage,147x15)
Memory@205mhz (2.7v,2-2-2-5)
Temps-34c idle, 45c full load.

Only thing that gave me a problem was trying to manually set the video card (pci-x16) frequency to a fixed 100mhz caused a max overclock of 215fsb. Leaving the setting in auto worked better for whatever reason.

The cpu could probably go higher, however I doubt my memory could handle much more.

Nice cpu's. Runs cooler than I expected.
 
Yes, the AG8 seems to be limited on FSB to about 240-250 and also seems to work best with the PCI-E set to auto.
