If its integrated, it wont be ATI or nVidia...put it that way.
CPU's are upgradeable. Just ensure the socket and bus speeds are equal, and the BIOS' support. Ask around on your Providers forums.

any system that uses a pci express video card is more than likely not integrated... anything that says something about intel graphics IS INTEGRATED...

most ram is easily upgradeable with just a couple of screws removal

the cpu is upgradeable to a certian point... (i am only familiar with intel pentium-m systems)

bianas - 1mb L2 Cache..... upgradeable to 1.8ghz
dothan - 2mb L2 Cache..... upgradeable le to 2.0~2.1ghz
sonoma 2mb L2 Cache 533mhz system bus... upgradeable to 2.26ghz
or
dothan pinmodded into a 533mhz sonoma system upgradeable to 2.8ghz (this requires permanent overclocking and after 2.26ghz this overclock can not be gaurenteed because some chips won't run that fast...)
