A way to remove the format penalty?

Is there a way to get my machines back up to more than 1 wu a day? I recently had to format two machines without emptying their cache. They are two of my best producing machines and now they only get one WU a day. Any ideas how long this will last or a way to get rid of it?

In my experience it should go up on it's own in a day or two.
