Looked at the motherboard I might get (just got a chip from a mate and am looking at getting it going in a new rig) and saw it had a 24-pin connector. What kind of power supply does it need?

ATX 2.0 compatible or an older EPS compliant unit, preferably with a single big 12v rail (Prescotts can bring down dual 12v units under extreme overclocking). Some good options are the Antec True 550w EPS, Sparkle/Fortron FSP550-60PLG, Zippy HP2-6460P/6500P or PSL-6701P, the not yet arrived Silverstone 560w, Etasis EPAP-560, or PC P&C 510w.
