Opteron 170 and ram settings, help

Just got a 170, an 0543 chip, and need a helping hand at these ram settings.. I have ocz gold, the ones that replaced the 3200vx,I think they are ch-5's. My old settings don't seem to want to work with this new Opty. I like 'em tight so I would like to start out with 2252, the rest I need help with.
