I've seen post that swear by setting 80.00/40.00 and others that say NEVER, EVER go beyond 66.66/33.33. I've tried all 3 setting and not seen any big results so left it stock.
Also experimented with Vmod values between 28k and 32k. 28k gets it down from 120mv ripple to 40mv, 32k down to 60mv. There's pleanty of pics showing the mod. The best is to solder the wires across the 2 vacant pads instead of across the cap, so you don't disturb anything.
Biggest thing that gets me to 4.2g is the shop vac hose plumbed out the window during January in New Jersey. Gets the CPU down to low 30s under load. .
PS: Might want to loosen up your ram timings just to rule that out.
