I have SBC DSL service and this morning when I woke up to check my E-mail, i notice that the "DSL" light on my modem is flashing red and the "Internet" light does not even light up. Then about 5 minutes later, the "DSL" light flashes green and after, I have about 5 minutes to use the internet before it flashes red again. I don't want to call the DSL customer support since last time, I spent about 2 hours trying to find the right person to handle my issues. Any thoughts?
