i have it currently running at 445/1150

i have arround 200 pounds + whatever i get for my old card retail boxed!

I agree, I have an AGP 6800GT currently but will be upgrading when I get a new 975 mobo, to the 7800GT PCI-E and OC'ing that succer on H2O! :santa2:

Welcome to the forums :)

7800GT fts your pocket probably. 7800GTX if you have the money although the 7800GT can be oced to on par with 7800GTX performance. Unless you get the 7800GTX512 but thats a bit expensive ^^"

Yep, thats what I did. I had a 6800GT AGP, and upgraded to a 7800GT PCI-E, tossing the 6800GT AGP to my brothers comp. With that 7800GT, I should be able to run 1280x1024 with max settings and 4xAA, maybe higher too.

I think it's a bad Idea for you guys to upgrade.

Not worth the $$$ yet for you.

In another year, maybe but not now.

I agree. Keep your 6800GT and wait for the next generation. I've had both, yes there is a noticable difference, but definitely not worth an extra $300.
