Raidmax cases on newegg.com with the four 80mm fan spaces in the front of the case are good if you care to mod it. Thats what I did. Of course, I had a 180x160mm heatercore so I needed a lot of space and raidmax cases like mine provide that & they're cheap. If you're looking for a super nice looking case like an Antec, then look elsewhere but if you want a solid case thats cheap, raidmax is a good brand for that.

Overall you need:
CPU block
Radiator/Heatcore
Pump
Tubing
Clamps

You should really check the WC stickies as they will provide you with all the info you need.
 
you need to do a little more research and find out how water cooling works before just jumping into it. there are plenty of threads in the watercooling section that will provide you with that info.
