The 3700+ is a very nice OCer. I run at 2.805 GHz @ 1.5 volts (255x11) for my everyday overclock with full load temps in the low 40's.

Twoeyes, not bad for PC2700 RAM.

Still using some old PC2700 i threw together, i'll probably upgrade in the near future but I've been spending a lot recently so I'm going to hold off until maybe next month when i'll buy a 2GB kit.
 
Was able to hit 2.86GHz here at 1.55 volts, my temps: 30C idle, 38C load, ive got a XP-120 with a Delta Tri Blade that can probably decapetate my hand if u stick it though there.
