p2bax problems m\b seem dead

my friends has an older p2bax board with a celron 433 on it. he hasnt been able to get anything from it, the power is going to the board (all the fans are running)but no screen and not even a beep code i have tried changing the battery and the vid card but still the same and the hard drive works also i tried it in mine.
any help would be appreciated.
