It has been. Also note that the $50 off only works for cards manufactured by ATI.

What gives, I have two different sapphire ati cards and each are $349 in value or more. No, I'm not going to order both, I'm just trying to get the code to work.

For $11 after rebate less you could get the 1900xtx brand new. After my last experience with a refurb card from newegg, I won't be getting another. Though they were awesome and refunded it 60 days after the purchase date even though they only warranty refurbs for 15 days, I'm not going to risk it again.
