This is an initial sample of the production batch I got a week or so ago. I figured you guys might want to see what the future of DDR2 would look like after Micron BT's EOL status.

When you see the results I want you all to keep in mind that this is *not* Elpida
nor is it Micron BT-3 plus it is 2GB. This RAM can run both DDR2-860 (give or take) (4-4-4) and DDR2-800 (4-3-4) at 1.9v

I havent tried 2ns timing But I do not see that out of the question for under/at 667.

The best mix I have found so far has been 4-3-4 DDR2 ~910 @ 2.2v

Looks like great stuff. Do we know what chips it DOES use? Not Elpida or BT-3. I know I don't even have to ask, but you've run benchmarks at those speeds to assure stability right? Nice to see it responds well to voltage. Loan a stick to Gautam and let him run 3v through one :)

Thanks for posting the results.
